WHAT IS THE MEN'S CIRCLE?
At the Queer Men's Circle we will together create a safe space for conversations, sharing and mutual support. Come and meet people with a similar life story, talk to them about your joys and worries and experience what it's like to be in a place where other men understand and support you.
WHO IS THE CIRCLE FOR?
All men from the age of 18, of any sexual orientation, including transgender men, are welcome at the Queer Men's Circle. If you are a man who wants to have valuable friendly conversations with other men, you belong with us! We will meet in the circle in the number of 3 - 10 participants.
WHO LEADS THE CIRCLE?
The queer men's circle in the In Community Center is led by Feri Majtán. Feri is a gay cis-man, a manager by profession, a father at heart, a community builder, a person who loves and supports people, a choir singer, an improvisational actor, an enthusiast of personal development, photography and karaoke, an adventurous volunteer and an occasional driver of a tractor or V3S 😊

HOW DOES IT LOOK LIKE IN THE CIRCLE?
After opening the circle, each man gets a space to share, during which he will have the full attention of others. When he has finished speaking, we can share what his sharing evoked in us, encourage and support each other. In addition to free sharing, the evening can also be focused on a specific topic. Sharing is always voluntary.
NOTE
In the circles, we take care to maintain confidentiality and to maintain a safe, kind and non-judgmental environment. Therefore, it is important that we all follow the rules introduced at the beginning of the circle. The circle is not led by a therapist and does not replace professional care.
