About event
Quest – search, search…. We will provide you with information and if you listen, read and follow carefully, you will be able to play our Permonian detective game with us, either as an individual or as a group, in the role of an educated detective. The game is of course also suitable for children.
You will complete the clues until you finally reach the final.
We play as a team and the full name of our game is "Questing as part of experiential pedagogy". We will not only play, but also learn through play.
And what about the number? Nothing complicated. There will be a total of 32 games and they are divided in such a way that we will play 4 in each region before the end of the year.
Each game will take about an hour, but some places may take two hours due to the necessary transfer.
Katarínka
What will you need? Whatever it is, we'll make it happen. But to give you an idea: in individual games (it doesn't have to be today) you will definitely use a pen, marker, magnifying glass, UV flashlight, magnets, rope, tape measure, reflective vests...
Let's play.
Duration of the meeting including the game: 1 hour
You need to: Listen carefully
Accompanying the tasks: Labuťka
Lecturer and guide: Simon
Monastery of St. Kataríny, which belonged to the Franciscan order, was founded in 1618 on the site of an ancient Gothic chapel with a cemetery hidden deep in the Small Carpathian forests, where, according to legend, Saint Catherine appeared to the young count and hermit Ján Apponyi.
Today you can still see the well-preserved church ruins with a tower and the remains of one wing of the monastery building.
The monastery is located away from main roads and important tourist trails, which on the one hand helped to preserve it in a fairly good condition (even after two hundred years of decay, the walls and the church tower are still standing).< br/>On the other hand, the monastery remained hidden from the eyes and attention of most lovers of history and rare monuments.
More personally, let's play :)
