About event
Quest – search, search…. We will provide you with information and if you listen, read and follow carefully, you will be able to play our Permonian detective game with us, either as an individual or as a group, in the role of an educated detective. The game is of course also suitable for children.
You will complete the clues until you finally reach the final.
We play as a team and the full name of our game is "Questing as part of experiential pedagogy". We will not only play, but also learn through play.
And what about the number? Nothing complicated. There will be a total of 32 games and they are divided in such a way that we will play 4 in each region before the end of the year.
Each game will take about an hour, but some places may take two hours due to the necessary transfer.
Wolfgang von Kempelen
What will you need? Different things for different games, just to give you an idea: in each game (it doesn't have to be today) a pen, highlighter, magnifying glass, UV flashlight, magnets, rope, tape measure, reflective vests will definitely be used...
Let's go to play.
Duration of the meeting including the game: 1 hour
You need: Listen carefully
Accompanied by tasks: Swan
Lecturer and guide: Simon
Water pump for Bratislava Castle, a pontoon bridge over the Danube, a device for the blind, artificial limbs. This is only part of the inventions that Hungary admired thanks to a gifted native of Bratislava.
Many gifted and skilled people were born in Bratislava. One of those who spread the good name of our city even beyond the borders of Hungary was the technical "wizard" Ján Wolfgang Kempelen. With his cleverness, great technical talent and knowledge of seven languages, he impressed Maria Theresa, the Russian Grand Dukes, and even Empress Catherine II.
For his services to the monarchy, he was elevated to the noble status of baron. Since this is another "heart card" of our guide, we will get to know the details about this important native of Ventúrská in person, and at the same time we have the opportunity to fill in the secret sheet and get a commemorative stamp...
More personally, let's play.
