What is raclette?
Raclette is a Swiss delicacy with a long tradition. It is a melted cheese which, after being heated on a special grill, is served with a variety of side dishes. 🧀 Then write next Wednesday and come to us to taste raclette.
As always, there will be plenty of wine by the glass, including one straight from Switzerland.🍷
