About Marvin:
Marvin is one of the world's most experienced Radical Honesty trainers and teaches workshops in Europe, Africa and America. Once an auditor for investment banks in New York and executive assistant to a multi-billion dollar corporation on Broadway, Marvin learned firsthand the damaging effects of lies and manipulation: at just 26 years old, he was burnt out and depressed.
“I had a promising career ahead of me. But inside I just felt like shit and empty. No amount of money in the world could compensate for my desire for love, acceptance and a simple, happy life. After I decided to move on with life, I signed up for my first Radical Honesty Workshop. Then I deconstructed the illusions I had built up over the years.”
Marvin left the New York rat race and embarked on a journey toward an authentic, happier, more connected life of freedom. He moved back to Germany and healed his old wounds through honest conversations and direct contact. Dr. Brad Blanton invited Marvin to live with him in Virginia for a spring and certified him as one of the first German-speaking trainers three years later.
Marvin has the ability to bring humor into serious processes while remaining compassionate and to stay curious. He is comfortable with unpleasant situations and can keep participants in the here and now, even in difficult processes. His style is a combination of curiosity, simplicity and directness - often with a wink but never without compassion and unconditional acceptance. Marvin has lived in China, Mexico, South Africa and the United States and is a passionate observer of human behavior.

About Michael:
I have been a Radical Honesty trainer since 2020 and have been practicing since 2015 - and have changed a lot in my life since then.
Having spent most of my life in Being trapped in my mind-created suffering and being an expert at lying and faking, I have spent the last 12 years exploring how to live more embodied, honest, empowered and in alignment with my deep personal values.
I am trained in somatic bodywork and a certified Forrest Yoga™ teacher, have learned the basics of Gestalt therapy and am trained in transformative group processes.
I have spent a lot of time doing yoga, dance and embodiment practices to enjoy myself and find what really makes me feel alive and in flow.
Alongside Radical Honesty Above all, I create spaces of experience to discover how one can be a playfully embodied and sovereign person and experience intimacy, love and freedom.
I also offer intensive 1:1 coaching and relationship advice for couples.
