💜 RADICAL FORGIVENESS AND ACCEPTANCE - 4TH ROUND
📅 16.3., 23.3., 30.3. 2026 | 19:00 – 21:00 | ONLINE
The course naturally invites you to conclude — what we no longer want to carry into the next period.
Every experience has its beginning, course and end. And the conclusion can be the gateway to relief, peace, acceptance and freedom.
If you feel that themes that hurt, return, burn under the skin still live in you — and you long to understand, accept and let them go — these three evenings are the space where you can start a new inner movement.
🟣 WHAT IS THE COURSE ABOUT?
This cycle was born from the combination of eticotherapy with the teachings of Tara Brach, an American psychotherapist.
In her book Radical Acceptance she shows how to "overcome feelings of shame, self-hatred and develop a new awareness and love for yourself."
When this is added to a safe environment, aware work with emotions and deep questions — a process is born that can change perspective and life.
We are waiting for 3 meetings of 2 hours, in which we will walk the path of reconciliation with our own step by step a story — without pressure, with respect, with ease and depth.
