About freedom, solitude and dreaming.
Radim Vizváry, five years after his successful Solo, which won him the Thalia Award , returns to the stage as a versatile mime and creator to showcase his rich expressive register. This includes not only lyrical pantomime, but also physical theatre, object manipulation and comedic acting.
Solo Mime on the Moon speaks a universal language and is not afraid of sitcoms, self-irony and dark humor. The whole is an image of a contemporary pantomime, in which the author emphasizes an economical set, a minimalist gesture and clarity. Radim Vizváry is based on the sources of inspiration of the traditional repertoire from the ancient predecessors through Deburau, Keaton, Marceau to Hybner, and not only restores this tradition, but further expands it.

In his light, it was as if the fragile soul of Pieroto, and especially the world around him, looked a little different, as if not only his poetics, but also weaknesses, human vacillations, vices and social ills were revealed. After all, who is Pierot today? He is no longer Deburauem in a white flamboyant costume, or a mime with a painted tear in his eye. He is a lyricist and a tearjerker, a poet of the body that tells stories in a timeless language. The full moon attracts him, relieves him of the earth's weight. And then, the lunar landscape becomes his dream territory for self-discovery, a place without pretense and social mask. Far from everyone, he suddenly sees the true state of things and solitude here becomes a state of mind, the freedom to be yourself.
