Join the workshop, in which we will, under the guidance of an audio artist, curator and creator of sound instruments Francesco Zedde, transform old radios into the musical instruments of the future. The workshop will take place in English and is suitable for beginning. We will learn the basics of “Circuit Bending” and soldering. We will agree on the details by email individually.
Join US and We’ll Find Out How To Make Alien Music Out of It. In this workshop, Each Participant Will Have The Opportunity to Create and Basic “Circuit Bending” Project. The Main Aim of this class is to show the possibilities of Crafting Electronic instruments with minimal financial investment and without extensive technical expertise. We Will Provide Radio Kits, WHICH WILL THEN HACK TO CREATE SURPISING Sounds. In the process, you Will Learn Skills of UP-cycling an old radio and some old audio electronics and turn to mem into and music instrument. First We Will Practice The Basics of Soldering, Then Quickly Get Acquainted with Potentiometers, Photoresistors and OptoCouplers!

Francesco Zedde

is an Italian Artist Residing in Utrecht, The Netherlands. He Was Trained in Classical Guitar and Drums During His Teenage Years and He Later Transitioned to Sound Design and Audio Technologies. Francesco’s Creative Endeavors Encompass An Array of Mediums, Including Code, Circuits, Images, and Sounds. HIS Artistic Output Takes On Varic Forms; In Addation to an extensive live performance portfolio, he undertakes of events, the production of Records, Composition of Soundtracks, Facillitation of Workshops, Creation of Machines and Instruments, Development of Software and implementation of installations. SINCE 2011, Francesco Has Actively participated in 20 Projects or Bands, Released Nine Solo Albums, Contributed to Over 30 Records, and Held About 600 Concerts Across 19 Different Countries. MUCH OF HIS MUSICAL WORK IS ATTRIBEDED TO TWO PRIMARY ALIASES: "Tacet Tacet Tacet" and Live Electronics Audio/Visual Project Inspired by Modern Experimental and Dark Ambient Music, and "Tonto" Vocals. Francesco’s Music Has Been Released by More Than 20 Labels, Including Arttetra, Selva Elettrica, Edwood, Grandine, Attenuation Circuit, and Econore. Furthermore, Francesco Is the Founder and Organizer of the Discomfort Dispatch Concert Series, An Initiative That Showcases Electronic and Free Improvised Music Festivals, an Undertaking He Has Been Devoted to Since 2017.
Creating, Discussing, Experimenting, Learning and Unlearning Together Not Only In the Field of Electronic Music. Space Full of Instruments, Books and More Sources of Sounds and Inspiration Run by Artists and Curators with the Aim to Rehearse Together, Support Each Other, Collaborate and Listens to Each Other with Respect. This Reflect Context, Rebuild Modular Structures and Create Welcoming Space in WHICH WE CAN TEST New Instruments As Well As New Ideas and Ways of Living and Organization.
