One -day seminar for women

Feeling joyful, beautiful, relaxed is the dream of perhaps every woman.
The time is fast, the requirements for performance and perfection high. In a carousel of duties and hustle and bustle, we often forget each other. We forget to relax, sleep properly, process emotions and situations of the day, quiet. Feeling emotions (especially the unpleasant ones) is often uncomfortable.
We have stopped fully perceived and felt ourselves. We compensate for it in many ways - expensive cosmetics, still new clothes, further exercise, aesthetic interventions. Inner dissatisfaction is improved by improving the outside. Endless running for happiness, I feel enough, I feel happy and I feel beautiful.
The key to step out of the vicious circle of chasing for happiness, beauty and joy exists. We will tell you and even give you this magic key to experience. Just decide and come on Saturday among us. We will take care of everything else.

You can experience all this on the last Saturday of June on a day seminar. It will not be just a theory, it will be experiential, inspiring, fragrant, kind. We connect to the lost parts of our soul, take care of the body and face, talk about how to work with emotions - you get the basics of emotional literacy, regulate the nervous system through movement and dance. Zora otušťáková - transformation coach and ethicotherapist, author of the Personal Development portal "Space for Change". He leads courses to develop emotional literacy and relationship counseling. He specializes in the support of women in the field of motherhood, cyclical management and balance of life. After his own experience with cancer through ethicotherapy and psychosomatics, it accompanies people with challenging periods such as change of work, finding their own authenticity, but also divorce, breakup, operation and treatment and accompanies them on the way to internal recovery.
