About event
RAIO in Portuguese translates to a ray of light , sunbeam, or lightening bolt.
The present times are calling women to gather to ignite their inner RAIO. 🔥
This is an invitation to gather round the sacred altar to connect to the spirit of autumn, as we move, breathe, release and receive in sisterhood to ignite and sustain our inner fire, as we transition into the darker winter season of rest and replenishment.
We welcome you to step into the healing constellation of the star sisters, as we unite to weave together, and awaken the spiraling current of shakti in the starry temple of belonging.
Your Healing RAIO Experience Includes: 🍯
✨Feminine coherence circle + meditation w/ hummingbird drops of botanical medicine to ground and open our hearts.
✨Uterine + abdominal self-care massage + ritual w/ rose anointment oil
✨Transformational breath-work journey.
✨Feminine embodiment + movement practice.
✨Connection w/ healing herbal allies through tea ceremony
✨Sealing immersion of sacred sound
Reciprocity 🪷
