"Soften into dance action/encouragement and warming of the body in winter and darkness/getting into the heart of your dance, closer to your handwriting and deepening consciousness through the moving creative body"
We will address the inner body paths and at the same time connect with the space, our attention will oscillate in and out. The space is an integral part of our dance. This cycle will be devoted to support from the sky - support, which at any moment offers us space. The last part of the hour will be devoted to the composition - perception of the composition, participation in the composition. 1400Kč
