Rapsodéve | Guitar Café

Rhapsodéve is a musical project and alter ego of Ivana Pinčáková, in which she poetically reveals emotions and themes supported by the musical background of Martin Pisk. They would characterize their work as poetic alt pop with an atmosphere of dark folklore.

Their artistic influences come not only from the musical sphere, but also from the visual, literary and film spheres. They are also reflected in the creation of texts and video clips, the production of which the pair built on the DIY principle.

In 2023, they were nominated for the longlist in the Discovery of the Year category at the Rádiohlava music awards. They managed to present themselves in concert on the Slovak stage as well as in Prague.

The duo from Gelnica, but currently working in Bratislava, released their album on 1.11. debut album, V Divné Dedinách, interwoven with intimate compositions based on different rhythms.

Creation is for Rhapsody an element that liberates what has been suppressed for a long time, but never forgotten; an element of liberation that can only be found in art.
