The cycle is divided into 7 meetings that will guide you through topics that are current for parents as soon as they hold a baby in their arms. It is focused on knowledge that is good to have during the first three years of life with children. Some topics also include life with older children.
Two lecturers will accompany you during the meetings - a doctor with experience in neonatology and a lactation consultant in one MUDr. Ivka Kušnierová and psychologist Mgr. Radka Petrvalská, PhD. dedicated to relationship bonding and family therapy.
The topics are available to you in the form of 1.5-hour video recordings with the possibility of online meetings via messenger in a small group, max. 15 women/couples every week (on Tuesdays at 2:30 p.m., one online meeting lasts about 1.5 hours).

1. Sleep of babies - how a small and a big baby sleeps (Ivana Kušnierová)
2. Breastfeeding and "adult" food (Ivana Kušnierová)
3. When does a baby naturally wean itself from breastfeeding? (Ivana Kušnierová)
4. Relationship bond, regulation of emotions and our neurobiology (Radka Petrvalská)
5. Boundaries in life with children I. (Radka Petrvalská)
6. Boundaries in life with children II. (Radka Petrvalská)
7. Norms and patterns in the family (Ivana Kušnierová)
The value for video recordings of our topics in the package is €50 / 7 meetings, for one video recording outside the package €9.
Value for video recordings + online meeting with a lecturer on individual topics in the package is €95 / 7 meetings / individual, couple, for one meeting outside the package 16 €.
We will start the current cycle of meetings and online consultations on 30/10/2024 (first we will send a video recording of the selected topic on Wednesday and then there will be a consultation on the topic on Tuesday).
