RAUNÄCHTE: 12 Tage Zeremonie

A powerful experience in 4 circles and online community between the winter solstice on December 21st, 2025 and the first full moon of 2026 on January 3rd

During the rough nights this year we will embark on an intensive journey to ourselves. With a truly unique "program" we are going into an extraordinary and powerful experience together in order to enter the year 2026 in community - and each for themselves - with calm, strength, lightness & intention.

Over 12 days between December 21st, 2025 - December 31st, 2025 + January 3rd, 2026, with 3 unity circles in Berlin-Lankwitz and an Ecstatic Dance in Prenzlauer Berg we will use techniques and exercises from Somatics, Psychosomatics & Psychology.

🔺 Work with the 5 categories of Maslow's hierarchy of needs (which was probably essentially developed by the Blackfoot indigenous people of today's Canada before colonial appropriation) and his research on 6, which was no longer completed during his lifetime. Category “Self-Transcendence”.

The 4 in-person circles take place on

1. Winter Solstice Saturday, December 21st, 2025 at sunset from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in a powerful location in the Lankwitz Community Park
2. Second Christmas Day (or a day later) Friday, December 26th, 2025 (/Saturday, December 27th, 2025) from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. in Berlin-Lankwitz (address follows after registration)
3. New Year's Eve Wednesday, December 31st, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. in Berlin-Lankwitz (address follows after registration)
4. Ecstatic Dance Saturday, January 3rd, 2026 from probably 6:30 p.m. in Prenzlauer Berg (Details TBA)

On those Raunachts days when we don't meet in person, there will be reflections and suggestions in our separate Telegram group. You can exchange ideas with each other and you can write to me privately.

It will be a wonderful and intensive journey in which we will exchange a lot. After booking your ticket, I will contact you personally within the first 7 days so that we can get to know each other via email/phone and create a kind of anamnesis. If it turns out that I am not suitable for your concerns, I will refund the amount you have already paid within a few days. For a trip like ours, trust and coherence are crucial, and only if I can ensure your safety and that of the other participants can I finally accept you into the group. The exact addresses then follow in a personal exchange (once outside, twice in the ceremony room of our home, and once in a wonderful hall in Prenzlauer Berg).
