5. The year of the Re-Connect Art Festival will focus on Well Being this year. The festival will take place from 5 to 15 June in the gallery and the outdoor area of the Veleslavín chateau. In addition to the exhibition, it will bring live performance, encounter with artists, debate, therapeutic and self-car sessions.
The project wants to point out an imbalance between life and work, the need for rest and self -core, as well as care for non -material values. Artistic interventions will respond to the history and present of the site of the chateau Veleslavín and adjacent gardens.
We perceive the need to restore respect for physical and mental health, care of ourselves and care for the community as an urgent problem on the example of a magnificent cultural monument such as the Veleslavín Castle, which has recently been closed to the public for many years.
