Taking a step away from our everyday routines and exploring the world of art can be a great way to support **burnout prevention and recovery**.

On **Thursday, September 25th,** at **2 pm,** we’ll visit the **Frida** exhibition in the **Vincent Hall,** inviting us into the vibrant world of one of the 20th century’s most iconic artists. The exhibition showcases her bold self-portraits, personal stories, and enduring legacy of resilience and creativity.
