Our next series of Reclaiming Vitality therapeutic workshops, one session per month, will be starting soon! Enjoy mutual community support while working with important themes such as boundaries, decision-making, nervous system regulation, resilience, spaciousness, welcoming and befriending our emotions, and/or other issues that we decide together according to the group's needs. We are excited to go on this journey together!
When? Fridays 17.1, 28.2, 28.3, 18.4, 23.5 and Thursday 12.6, from 18-20:30.
Where? Sessions will be held at DanceLAB, close to I.P. Pavlova metro

- 4200,-Kč: prepay all sessions before 12.1.2025
- 800,-Kč per session: prepay up to 1 week before each respective session
