Red Leather + support: Jady

Red Leather, an anonymous musical talent combining raw alternative rock with country and intimate songwriting, will perform at MeetFactory on August 22, 2026. Fans will be treated to an emotional evening, during which songs from the debut album RENO and from the latest record TAHOE will be heard.

Red Leather is an anonymous alternative-rock artist from Reno, Nevada, whose music combines the roughness of the classic American tradition with the emotional rawness of rock from the early 2000s. He burst onto the music scene in 2022 with a clear vision: to speak openly about his experiences with addiction, sobriety, and the long, challenging journey to self-discovery. Today, Red Leather has been sober for over three years and uses country and rock to channel his lived experiences into personal, emotional lyrics. It was the combination of honest songwriting and unpolished energy that helped him reach the audience - first as a street musician, later also on streaming platforms.

The American singer with his face hidden under an extravagant red hat is one of the new names on the border between alternative rock and modern country, where dirty guitars meet the melodic sensitivity of the singer. Thanks to anonymity, it draws attention away from the image and lets the most essential things stand out: voice, melody and emotions. Lyrics rooted in real pain and personal transformation give his music the power to appeal to anyone who has ever struggled to find their footing again.

His debut project RENO (2023) earned a number of critical acclaim, and through an authentic approach to promotion, Red Leather has built an extremely dedicated fan community around the world. The RENO album functions as a structured musical unit that charts his evolution from acoustic versions to sophisticated, electronically oriented songs. It's not a record built on singles, but on atmosphere and continuity, which is best expressed live.
