Reflection on Development

Delta workshop

This foundational, hands-on workshop helps you develop the skill of reflection to enhance personal growth and learning. Through engaging activities and simple diverse frameworks, you will learn how to analyse experiences, draw insights, and apply them to your future experiences in the student team (and broader). After the workshop you will receive divers reflection models, like GIBB’s, 5G. The session encourages self-awareness, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence. By the end, you will create a personal reflection plan, connecting reflection to the coaching by your professional coach, and gain practical tools to support academic and personal development.
