You will find out how to use reflection as an effective tool for extracting your programs
well -kept reflection can be wonders: participants leave it with new experience (from knowledge to skills to new awareness of themselves or others), they are enthusiastic that they have shifted somewhere. In adventure education, this reflects previous experiences (for example in the games).
Well yeah, but how? What can be reflected, what can be developed with reflexes, in what ways (it must always be in a ring where everyone just sits and talk?) Or how do nobody want to say anything? How do we look at this key, often neglected skill of the whole pedagogical process? How to ask questions to use techniques, how to enrich the reflection on adequate theoretical models, how to summarize the process into relevant outputs, or what if the lecturer planned to talk about something, but the group is not interested?
