About event

After the pilot workshop in Bratislava, the Slovak Chamber of Architects and the Office for Spatial Planning and Construction of the Slovak Republic are going to the regions and continuing the training on the standards and methodology of processing the municipal spatial plan and the spatial plan of the microregion.

The training will take place in the following cities:

Thematic areas:

• Presentation of the template for the processing of the territorial plan of the municipality and microregion – layers, attributes and the way of their registration
• Division of the territory – spatial-functional units, spatial-functional parts, groups of land, special territory, boundary of the built-up area
• Basic and optional regulations of spatial organization and functional use of the territory - definitions of terms, calculations, practical examples of the application of selected regulations in the territory
• Binding part - regulatory drawing and regulatory sheet – practical examples of sample filling in of basic and optional regulations
• Technical support for the processing of the municipal spatial plan in QGIS and ArcGIS Pro – practical advice, examples, instructions


The training will be led by:

• Matúš Bizoň – urban planner, spatial planner, collaborator of the ÚÚPaV SR in the field of methodology for processing the ÚPD
• Katarína Štefancová - head of the Department of Spatial Development Methodology, Research and Innovation, Office for Spatial Planning and construction of the Slovak Republic (ÚÚPaV SR)
• Martin Baloga - member of the board of directors of the SKA and chairman of the Committee for urban planning and regional planning of the SKA

Participation fee: SKA members: 15 Eur / others: 35 Eur

The event is included in Professional education of architects SKA (A, 20 credits).
