The tantric path is a path of deep transformation, healing and acceptance of one's essence, the ability to experience passion and sacredness within us and all around us. It is also a powerful way to freedom and joy in life. However, we must first learn the ability to relax into our energy. On this long weekend we will gain an understanding of the dynamics of energy and consciousness within us and explore and recognize our energy potential.

How to get from the physical body to the energetic body
Awareness of your essence - energy body and potential
Awareness of patterns that prevent us from fully experiencing
Breath, movement and voice as 3 keys to energy
