🧭 try to formulate different types of procedures in (demanding) conversations So what do you do about it? In such a conversation, there was probably a quality and concrete proposal of the procedure where to go, not to be stuck. Rather, we will agree, who, what, when, how do he do or prefer to clarify whether we even understand each other? And at the crossroads it depends on which way we set out. It will significantly affect where we go. Come on your conversational route to equip well!
