💞 **Workshop: Conscious Relationships and Self-Inquiry**
**Learn to bond through authenticity, presence and mutual growth**

Relationships can be our greatest pain… or our greatest source of evolution.

This workshop is a transformative experience to understand and improve the way you relate to others—whether as a couple, with friends, family or partners—from a more **conscious, free and loving** perspective.

These are not “seduction techniques” or external rules. It's about reconnecting with yourself, with your truth, and from there **creating healthier, more authentic and nutritious bonds**.

🧭 **Every week we will work on this experiential workshop:**

* What are conscious relationships and how do they transform your life?
* Self-observation: how we project our voids, wounds and beliefs on others
* Authentic communication, deep listening and emotional management
* Boundaries, agreements, and building mature bonds
* Self-love as the basis of any healthy relationship

* Brief, clear and transformative theoretical part
* Experiential group dynamics
* Individual introspection exercises
* Communication and presence practices
* Safe space to share and grow

**Aimed at**: people in the process of personal development, couples, coaches, therapists, and anyone who wants to heal and improve their emotional ties from a deeper perspective.
