Instead of trying to fix or change others, this book teaches how tuning into your own well-being naturally shifts the quality of your relationships.

In this study group, we examine how our energy and focus influence the dynamics around us. Through reflection and discussion, we practice staying centered, identifying patterns, and attracting more balanced, fulfilling connections. It’s about doing the inner work that leads to outer harmony.
