In this workshop we explore and softly open the body parts where tension nestles. Through safe and supportive biodynamic breathing exercises and somatic movement we create room for presence, consciousness and release.
What does the workshop mean?
<π π a Whole Body Flow Breathing session, where you guide the breathing to where your body needs the shape and release - Making through intuitive movement.
π Deep breathing exercises to loosen deep -rooted tension and get in touch with the inner sensations of your body.
Biodynamic breathing work and trauma release system (BBTRs) is specifically designed to support traumas in the body. Instead of looking for a different state of consciousness, the practice revolves around presence - being present in your body and its sensations.
β¨ Integreer eerdere ervaringen en Rediscover the natural flow of your body
In contrast to intensive breathing techniques, biodynamic breathing runs in cycles and every session is unique, regardless of the method. Breathing is known for supporting the processing of emotions such as sadness and fear, and in combination with somatic movement it can contribute to a holistic healing process.
For whom is this workshop intended?
This workshop is open to everyone - there is no previous experience with breathing work and you don't have to process serious trauma. All you need is the willingness to be present in yourself.
If you have the feeling that you have a serious trauma or a medical condition, contact the facilitator to guarantee your safety during the session ο
program:
1. Welcome - we start with an optional sub -circle
2. Active meditation - Fueling the connection between body and mind
3. Breathing session - Up to 75 minutes biodynamic breathing
4. Deelcirkel-Closing the evening with sharing experiences (optional)
