This 75-minute sound bath is a space to:

• Gently release the weight of the past year
• Clear space for what wants to arrive
• Settle your nervous system into a grounded, open state
• Begin the year feeling centered, steady, and supported

You’ll be guided into stillness through breath, gentle grounding, and a slow unfolding sound journey using crystal singing bowls and subtle vibrational tones. No pressure to “set big goals.” No rush to become someone new. Just a quiet return to yourself.
