CONTENTS (part 1):
A) 30 min introduction lecture to the world of the blind/impaired, principles of cooperation and communication with a patient with this handicap
B) specifics of the examination and treatment of a blind patient - history taking, procedures, instruction
C) students and health workers will be able to experience various vision disorders "on their own skin"
D) discussion with the blind and partially sighted - experiences from real life
The event is organized thanks to the financial support of the Carpathian Foundation within the MAGNA PRE REGION grant call 2024. The activity is part of the international project INFA (Inclusive First Aid) Samaritan International.
