What does it mean to be an artist nowadays?
Work in progress presentation brings together a group of artists who explore voice, identity and connection through movement, music and dialogue.
The project originates from Tímea Szalontay's individual research "As An Artist" and develops into a collective exploration of how we express ourselves in different industries, environments and experiences.
Through movement, sound, music, discussion and collaboration, we explore themes of connection, communication, assessment, self-confidence and authenticity. The process connects research, physical practice and reflection, thus opening a dialogue between us, the space and the audience.
“White Noise (As An Artist – Collective Voices)” invites you to a joint exploration of harmony and chaos, self and other, silence and expression — to constantly search for what it really means to be today an artist.

Laertis Liakopoulos, originally from Athens, now living in London, is a singer, songwriter and guitarist who creates progressive folk songs under his given name. His musical journey has spanned various phases, and today his folk-inspired era redefines the genre by mixing traditional and Mediterranean folk, soul, Latin music and rock, all often tinged with electronic elements.
Since the release of his 2020 debut single 'Just U', Laertis has built an impressive catalog, including a single with Brutal from Ordem Nula Crew, a collaborative alt-hip hop EP with Markiif, the 2022 album Les Vulnerables and a live EP.
In 2024, Laertis appeared on BBC Kent on Stephen Brown's late night show 'In Sessions' and his Mediterranean jazz version of 'Walking in the Air' was aired on the same show later that year.
In early 2025 he performed at clubs such as Colors Hoxton as well as fronting the band "Electric Litany", followed by a sold-out concert for his latest EP entitled FREE.
