There are many ways to approach conflict. But is the way you’re going about it getting you what you really want? Join me for **Resolve & Repair**, a transformative workshop designed to help you show up in conflict in a way that supports the connection, understanding, and outcomes you actually desire in your relationships.

### In this workshop, you will:

* **Clarify what you truly want** from your relationships, so you can engage in conflict with intention and direction.
* **Learn how to repair disconnection**, allowing you to move forward collaboratively and rebuild trust.
* **Practice effective communication tools** that help both people feel heard and work together toward mutually supportive resolutions.

Through a mix of **guided exercises**, **reflective prompts**, and **group discussions**, you'll leave with practical tools to approach conflict as an opportunity for growth--deepening your self-awareness and strengthening your relationships.

* You feel stuck, confused, or frustrated when conflict arises.
* You’re tired of feeling helpless and want to feel more empowered in resolving disagreements.
* You’re willing to showing up with curiosity, vulnerability, and a desire to grow. No prior experience needed.
