Reynek_Renaud – Snění z Petrkova

poetic theater production from the life of poet Bohuslav Reynek and poet Suzanne Renaud. It builds on the dramaturgical line begun by Blatný, Skácel, Orten and Holan. The performance is again formed on the "body" of Werich's villa and the villa Loew Beer. Their life on the Petrkov farm in the Highlands creates the main inspiration source of our piece. The poetry of both of them and the dramatic-PROZAIC text by Martin Dvořák become the story line of the multi-genre performance. The performance is presented on the centenary of the life meeting of these two extraordinary personalities of Czech culture in 1923. Cejl's penitents evoke the atmosphere of the common home of Reynek and Renaud in the Highlands in Petrkov. Differences of nature, mental worlds of both, mutual inspiration, pain of losing a home in France, uprooting and life in a non -free country - this is several aspects of the concept of the evening. It responds to the art level of Reynek's fortress. The screenplay will mix a prosaic, dramatic and poetic level. It absorbs several literary forms, dance, music and art component.
