About event
Aleš Palán: This book will change your life
Aleš Palán's new book of interviews brings stories of people whose fate was influenced by the book. A former prostitute, the father of a sick son, a priest, the owner of an underground publishing house, a saleswoman in a supermarket, a translator or a nurse speak openly about their lives. All they had to do was read the right book at the right time and their lives changed completely. Suddenly it was possible to find a way out of a dead end, to become active, to cope with the adversity of the environment, or even with oneself.
Klára Kubíčková hosted the evening.
