Guided tasting of teas using the Chinese gong fu cha method.

It will mainly be devoted to puer from old trees (Gushu).

It will include:

• Traditional cakes – pressed classics.
• Maocha (Maocha) – fresh, not yet pressed tea from this year.
• Older vintages – matured taste gems that show the power of time.

Tasting takes place using the traditional Chinese method of gong fu cha. The method makes it possible to accurately compare individual teas under the same conditions and to monitor their development in infusions.

The guided tasting is led by sinologist Michal Butor. The emphasis is on the origin of teas, processing and differences in the taste profile of teas.

The Teabar Tea Studio is a community space focused on tea culture. Sitting together at one table and watching the preparation of tea form the core of the experience.
