At his first concert performance in the Czech Republic, which he visited shortly at a short time, Richard Pinhas with Florian Tatard will perform. Highly recommended to all who like psychedelic jamming and mobility neurotic electronics. Since his return to music at the age of 90 he has been fertile and worked with such personalities such as Merzbow, Yoshida Tatsuya, Oren Ambarchi, Barry Cleveland and Wolf Eyes.

Career. In 1977 he released his first essay called "Rhizosphère" (whose name is inspired by the philosophy of Gilles Deleuz). The content is largely formed by brain-seated electronic loops. Guitars are more discreet and music is gradually increasingly getting into the lysergic postmodern cosmic Odyssey. The magnetic and seductive "chronolyse" (1978) is a small classic and a good example of Richard Pinhas's ability to explore the complex drone quality of electronic sound textures. Hypnotic and captivating "Events and Repetitions" (2002) can be considered a French response to the ENO/FRIPP cooperation in the minimalist ambient spectrum. Opus "Metatron" (2006) perfectly combines the guitar style of Richard Pinhas (in the spirit of Robert FRIPP's sound manipulation) with cyclic electronics. In addition to his solo career, Richard Pinhas also founded the "Schizotrope" project and released several CDs in cooperation with a number of artists such as Peter Frohmader (Fossil Culture, 1999), Pascal Comelade (Obliques Sessions II, 1999).

Heldon was a French electronic-rock group originally operating in 1974-1978, headed by guitarist Richard Pinhas and other members were the player on the synthesizers of Patrick Gauthier and drummer François Auger. The name of the group was taken from the novel Norman Spinrada Iron Dream from 1972. The music of Heldon, influenced by the work of Robert Fripp and evokes his cooperation with Brian Ene, combined electronic and rock forms. The first albums released under the name Schizo and later under the name Heldon produced and distributed itself. Pinhas later collaborated with many other musicians, including members of the Magma band, with music journalist and multi -instrumentalist Hervé Picart. He was also associated with philosophy and its leading representatives, such as Gilles Deleuz, of whom he was a student, and Jean-François Lyotard, as well as writers such as Norman Spinrad and essayist and novelist Maurice Dantec. Pinhas in 1974 completed a doctorate in philosophy at the University of Paris in Sorbonna. Heldon and Richard Pinase recordings have been re -released at the CUEIFORM and later at Bureau B.
