Roman law moot Court 2025 🏛️
Do you enjoy Roman right? Are you afraid of two -semester tests? Or do you just want to try your knowledge of Roman law and argumentation skills in practice? Then this year's Roman law Moot Court is intended for you, which we have again prepared for you after a year in cooperation with the Department of State and Law History!

Why participate?
You will apply theoretical knowledge in practice. It consists of two wheels, namely a written and oral wheel. This year there will be a written round online. In practice, this means that at a specific time the registered teams for a contact mail (which you put in the login form) comes the assignment, then you will have the time to elaborate and send it back. You will be able to use all available materials to develop. The jury will then evaluate the best teams from the round of written (5-6 teams), which will advance to Wednesday's oral round, which will take place at the faculty and become a jury composed of our faculty teachers. You will defend your legal argument before the jury. The winning team of the Brno local round will advance to the International Czechoslovak Final, which will take place in Pilsen 24.4. And he will face colleagues from other Czech and Slovak faculties. You can compete in three -member teams. 📖
What can you win? 🏆
The winning team will not only take the advance to the Czechoslovak final, but also the credit from Roman law, so its members will be admitted to the test without the need to write the credit test. Do not delay 30 competition teams. CET)
