Rise & Shine - Heilreise für deine Chakren

We bathe in our own divine glow and let healing energy flow through our chakras. With sound, breath and meditation.

Rise & Shine - Feel, strengthen and harmonize your Chakras

Accompany us to the place within us where we encounter our own divinity. Where we are already perfect and the potential for our own healing and development lies.

This evening the focus is on our chakras. Rooted in the earth and connected to the subtle realms, we let healing and transforming energy flow through our chakras and harmonize our system.

Embedded in the magical sound of the crystal singing bowls, we follow the guided meditation to the radiance in our heart and the fine light that illuminates us from above and supplies our energy system.

We want to open our consciousness to new and transformative experiences and our hearts to love ourselves and the beings around us.

Who is hosting the evening?
