About event
In the rhythm of music from all over the world, we dive together in meditation, peace and rest. 🧘️🌸
In certain parts we can also play on the simple musical instruments that will be available. 🎵
We will drink ceremonial cocoa. It is an ideal drink for calming and creating an atmosphere. 🍫
You can take a mat and a blanket to create a bed to increase comfort. There is also a recommended headscarf and comfortable clothes (especially to make you feel good)! Directly on the day of meditation we recommend eating lightly, ideally not eating meat and not drinking energy. 🥁
The event at the event is 130,-
of this amount we finance in particular very expensive ceremonial cocoa. This cocoa grows directly in the forests and not plantations. This will also support forests, natives and organic farming. 👩😊
The event is limited capacity, do not forget to apply!
