Mário Bajs is a professional negotiator and mental coach. He worked as a member of the team of crisis intervention and post -traumatic intervention care of the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic and was also a member of the team of crisis police bargaining. Today it brings its know-how to the world of business and sport, where it accompanies individuals and companies at the level of management of their emotions, self-regulation, increased mental durability, strategic communication and negotiations to achieve their goals.
