Knowledge from practice. People don't need control, but space, trust and the possibility to figure things out for themselves.
And that's exactly what the coaching approach is about - about changing the attitude from "I have to lead" to "I'm learning to listen and ask". At the meeting, we will look at how the coaching approach can be transferred from the coaching room to everyday life - to work, family or relationships. And how it helps us to be calmer, more efficient and more human. When I use a coaching approach, I don't manage - I give space so that others and myself can grow.
The event is free and intended for SAKo members. Those interested in SAKo membership and non-members can also participate in the event after agreement with the coordinator. This information will be provided in the application form.
