About event
In the autumn of 2023 and 2024 we made two roadtrips across Afghanistan. With a car and a local driver, we drove seventeen provinces and met very remote areas where local people saw foreigners for the first time in their lives. Last year we also moved to the east of the Afghan-Pakistani border. , but also villages with exceptional half -timbered houses cut into the steep slopes of Hindukos. We will get to know the nomads of Kuči, walk together along the busy urban bazaars, look into the mosques and go to the UNESCO monuments and weaving workshops behind hand -woven carpets.
