It seemed for a while that the legendary Robocop would remain closed forever in old video tapes, but it has been very updated in recent years. The greedy America, multinational corporations eager to swallow all cities, cyborgs fighting crime directly in the streets, a deadly synthetic drug factory. This future is no longer as far away as it was in the 1980s. Of course, the iconic film Paul Verhoeven still remains primarily a dystopic B, but still very entertaining action scenes and unforgettable messages are also clearly drawn: morality, memory and searching for your own identity.
