🌸🌸🌸 -year school of the Postpartum Duula 2025/2026🌸🌸🌸
We call women to a common circle to give them wisdom coming from our roots. We perceive that women after birth are not sufficiently taken care of. There is no postpartum care. Life begins and a woman needs support not only of her loved ones, but also experienced women who will help her in physical and mental areas. and family. We honor the obligation to transfer knowledge further. For healing, helping, supporting, sharing… for women.
Pregnancy is a process. It lasts nine months when the child develops, and in the mother the love of the being he carries under the heart.

We will meet 9 weekends (Saturday-Sunday) in Bratislava. take 9 months. It consists of 3 blocks - practical, emotional and physical support. We will focus on each block 3 weekends, so we will experience 9 weekends from September 2025 to June 2026 (Saturday - Sunday).

1. Postpartum Dula: We get into the world of helping the female profession and pulling out what creates a picture of the postpartum doula, its boundaries, competence and mission.
2. Pregnancy and childbirth: is the basis for the emotional perception of the puerperium, a building stone for the postpartum doula. Every woman is different, so the births are everyone else, unique, with a range of different emotions and circumstances. Postpartum doula can prepare a woman during this period, for the period after birth.
3. Health after birth: The puerperium is a period whose course and quality will affect a woman in her next life. Practical techniques from many areas will help us to treat and nourish a woman. Diet and her preparation for a woman after birth, the foundations for Bach's flower essence, basic principles of aromatherapy, postpartum first aid kit homeopathy, partner intimacy.

II. block - emotional support
4. Postpartum trauma: A woman needs support after birth. Mental support for women and the whole family is a lot of life for the whole family. Basic therapeutic methods, recognition of signs when to help a woman find a professional therapist.
5. Postpartum recovery: We will learn techniques and discover the strength of herbs that will help a woman with her physical and emotional states. We will learn how to help a woman recover faster, gain strength, strengthen your body and caress your soul. Practical demonstrations of the original tools for female postpartum care (female herbal pipe, use of herbs after delivery, benkung, uterine fault, postpartum massage, physiotherapy possibilities, pelvic floor basics, and many others)
6. Postpartum rituals: Placenta is an organ that nourished the baby, so let's pay her due respect. A woman who has brought a new being to the world - she belongs to respect, appreciation, respect and attention. You will learn how to practice ceremony, basic rules, procedures and respecting access to persons and space in which and for whom they are performed.

7. Breastfeeding and relationship binding: We will talk about breastfeeding, sleep, wear and baby needs.
8. Newborn care: We will learn everything about baby treatment in physical and emotional terms.
9. Bonding and Six: What is bonding, what is the importance of the child and mother, and what it means 42 days after birth in our notion.
For a one -time payment by 31.7.2025, the price is 1800 €
