• Are you looking for a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships? Maybe the group may not be useful to you, but maybe it will be useful to someone else - please sharing. (Reaction to contribution and showing interest will not be publicly visible!) In the group you can explore your inner patterns, experience acceptance and feedback, but also learn to better understand yourself and others. It is a deep form of psychotherapy that works with the uncovering hidden and unconscious processes (such as defense mechanisms, projections, relationship formulas, internal conflicts and group dynamics).

• people who have gone through individual therapy and want to continue the group

• people who are not willing to examine their behavior in relations
• people who need a more structured approach (eg KBT)
Dates: Thursdays 17-18: 30 / from 25.9. 2025 until 25.6. 2026 (except 27.11., 11.12., 23.4 and 14.5.)
