Annual training in process -oriented psychology 2025/2026:
Facilitation skills - working with groups in various contexts
In today's complex professional environment, the conflict is inevitable. Studies show that managers spend between 45 and 85 % of the time to deal with work -related conflicts. Lead groups A teams in the atmosphere of different opinions and tension; Create a safe environment in groups from meetings of leading and top managers*EC for evenings in the family is a challenge. What if you were able to transform these challenges to growth catalysts and greater understanding? Arnold Mindell, founder of process -oriented psychology (POP). This phenomenological approach offers a solid theoretical foundation and practical tools for working with groups, with relationships and individuals. The key value is to work with visible and hidden elements of interactions that help groups find a new direction, greater creativity and understanding. Training is suitable for all who work with groups or are interested in developing this skill - for example, psychologists, coaches, advisors*Kyně, managers*ky, HR professionals, teachers, social workers*CE, mediators and others. It is also for those who are interested in pop itself. What you will learn and develop during the training:
• Flexibility in group leadership and awareness of your own roles as a facilitator.
• System thinking and deep insight into organizational dynamics.
• Practical techniques for developing and maintaining peace and stability.
• Browse complex group dynamics with greater certainty.
• Understanding and obvious aspects of group interactions.
• skills to cope with conflict and chaotic situations.
• Use the concept of “roles” and their identification methods.
• The ability to read the atmosphere in the group and use it for further development.
• Work with the dynamics of power and role.
• realizing how personal and collective history affects our actions and decision -making.
• To perceive diversity in the group, formulas and dynamics that feed the difficulty in relationships and groups
• You will become familiar with the holographic approach that contributes to multiple levels = how to use the same
