"Planets in Us" is a personal experiential series of workshops where we will explore the planetary influences and energies of their cycles on the human body, health, behavior and emotions. Each planet represents a specific energy that can act as a certain internal impulse, leading to the strengthening or weakening of various systems in the body.
The sun, for example, affects our vitality, life energy, immune system, but also the ability to experience and express joy, or perceive the lack of it. It is connected with overall health, self-awareness, but also with interests and desire for self-realization, ambitions and creativity. Each planet, like a piece of a puzzle, helps us perceive ourselves as one connected whole.
In the somatic cycle, as in the continuous process of learning about our personal horoscope as our Soul Map, we will first work with the planets individually, then we will put them together into the bigger picture. Using the planets and the influence of their energies, we will get to know:
~ why we look a certain way and what we can read from a person's appearance
~ why we have certain health predispositions, abilities, talents and weaknesses
~ how our emotional is formed the world and what affects it
~ why we move, react, behave and relate in a certain way and how to work with it
~ where do our urges, settings, projections, fears and imaginings
~ the cycles of our lives - monthly, yearly, planetary, life, karmic
~ what tools and possibilities do we have to be not only organized by these influences, but what can we do to make the planetary influence from something , which guides us, turned it into something that helps us
~ which direction is our path preset, whether we are in line with it, or have we deviated from it during our life, which is actually destiny
~ answers to the deepest inner questions, why is it so and what
about it? - e.g. why I am always attracted to certain situations, partners, events repeat themselves in life, etc.

The somatic cycle is based on a personal meeting ONE WEDNESDAY PER MONTH during 2025, always from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. In case of absence, the participant will receive a recording and alternative exercises.
