About event

Gender inequality is a reality of the present and the past. In this seminar, we will explore how gender shapes our relationships to ourselves and others, and how it conditions the dynamics of discrimination, which are sometimes subtle and difficult to recognize.
One of the key lessons of the feminist movement in recent decades is the importance of examining how gender intersects with other forms of discrimination, such as race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or social class. This intersectional view helps us navigate the complexity of power dynamics in relationships and reduces the repetition of unconscious attitudes that we are trying to transform.
The seminar is intended for people socialized as women or men, regardless of their current gender identity. Participants of all identities and gender manifestations are warmly welcome.

During the seminar we will present a basic theoretical framework on gender and explore the tools and approach of process work to facilitate conversations, interactions and conflicts in this area of life.

This seminar will be loosely followed by another in April 2026 - When Hate Speaks: Facilitation in Times of Xenophobia and Hate. It is possible to attend one seminar. We offer discounted entrance fees for both seminars when registering until September 30, 2025.

Price:
€210 - seminar fee for 1 seminar
€360 - seminar fee for 2 seminars when registering until 30/09/2025

Discount is possible for students, parents on parental leave, pensioners, or people with a low economic background - contact Boris ([email protected]).
