HOW TO SURVIVE CHRISTMAS
or the November Parent's Space is here!
This month we they decided to protect my mental health above all, because in most families it is they who create the whole Christmas magic (even if all the glory is grabbed by Jesus).
That's why we bring you tips on how to cope with the pre-Christmas rush, the different expectations of individual family members, the pressure for a perfect Christmas that lurks at every turn, as well as challenging visits with an extended family.
We will talk with our psychologist Janka Pinčeková and this time we would like to create a wide SPACE for discussing everything that bothers you most about experiencing Christmas.
Janka will help us with everything to analyze our problematic topics, we can give each other tips on other options for organizing things during this hectic period, and especially how to adapt our mental setting so that we feel at ease, even if it is not everything perfect.
Traditionally, babysitting will also be provided, but due to sensitive topics (such as Jesus' logistics), this time it is up to you to decide how receptive the child will absorb the content of the discussion ;)

HOW TO TALK ABOUT DIFFERENT ADDICTIONS
or December's PARENT SPACE is here!
We fast all day to feast in the evening... or just the opposite, have fun let's do it in the morning... because it's the holidays ;)
How to set healthy boundaries at home for substance and non-substance addictions and how to communicate them appropriately with your children or family. We will also talk about this with an experienced social worker and member of the STORM Association, Pavlo Ščasny, who has been dealing with the topic of use for over 20 years. together with you, we have created a safe SPACE in which you will not be afraid to ask questions and thus be able to go deeper into the issue that troubles almost every household in Slovakia.
