Rodina ako "ekonomický stroj" (diskusia)

The interview of Gabriela Dudeková Kováčová and Ľubica Voľanská is devoted to the family as a space of work, care and power 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

It opens the topic of invisible members of households, such as widows, people with medical disabilities or servants. Through feminist and emancipatory perspectives, we will look at the transformation of gender roles, ideas about work and the possibilities of social application within the family and outside it.

The event will offer you a critical view of the functioning of the family and its social significance in the past and today 🕰️

The discussion is an accompanying program of the exhibition Family facts, which is devoted to the life of Prešpor families in the period from the beginning of the 19th century to the middle 20th century 🏛️
