Constellations are an excellent method that allows a true representation, reshaping of dynamics and at the same time its direct experience in the body, embodiment.
The feeling in the body thus becomes a compass, it serves as a navigation for how to perceive a given situation and one's role in it.

My approach is light, playful, but at the same time deep. I believe that everything we need is present here and now. That's why I focus on the present moment, the situations we experience here and now.
And if stories of lineages or past lives emerge, I perceive them more as supporting images for understanding the current situation, which are relevant to our current story. Similarly, dreams and working with them can be beneficial.

In the end, isn't it just about how we live here and now?


🔎 What to expect:

We will see current situations that manifest themselves here and now in our lives. We will explore the subconscious beliefs and patterns that can keep us in it and with a new setting we will look at the new dynamics of the situation, experience and our role in it.
• Changing dynamics and understanding.
• Changing the role we play in a given situation.
• Embodiment, the experience of a new setting, role and dynamic, which becomes a compass and navigation for the next life.


🌿 What can be displayed in a constellation:

Practically anything, any system. However, the most common topics are:

• Relationships – partner, family, work
• Self-realization, self-worth, self-love
• Projects, blocks and limiting beliefs
• Boundaries, personal strength, inner child
• Authenticity vs. closeness, intimacy
• Emotions – anger, guilt, shame, fear
• Abundance, money, mission
• Life, death and dreams
