I cordially invite you to a unique seminar that will offer you a deeper insight into your life, relationships and yourself.
Constellations as a path to change
Our beliefs and self-knowledge significantly influence how we perceive the world around us, how we experience everyday challenges and how we function in relationships. Systemic constellations are a powerful tool to look beyond this image. It is experiential learning, the effect of which lasts long after the end of the seminar itself.
How do constellations work?
Through building family, work or personal systems, this method practically and graphically reveals hidden relationships, patterns and obstacles that affect us. It allows us to better understand what is happening in our lives and find a natural way to a solution. The method safely and respectfully shifts our perspective from illusion to reality, always at a pace we are ready to accept step by step.
Where can you appreciate the change?
This work can lead to positive changes in various areas:
Relationships: with partner, children, parents, colleagues or clients.
Personal well-being: understanding and working with psychological or health difficulties.
Work and collaboration: solving problems and improving team dynamics.
Self-knowledge: discovering the deeper, often unconscious causes of our behavior.
I see constellations as a unique tool that touches the very heart of things. The cores that we carry within us.
Who is the seminar intended for?

What awaits you at the seminar?
The seminar is an experience, the whole time there is space for building constellations. You will also leave the seminar endowed with useful insights, even if you decide to come, as an observer, a participant in other constellations., even if you decide that the time is not yet ripe to build your own constellation.
Working with your own intention and formulating the desired change.
Looking at your self-image and the causes of possible difficulties.
Examining the dynamics of key relationships in your life.
The basic principles of the systemic approach and their use in practice.
The number of places is limited to 13 participants to ensure a safe and intimate atmosphere for everyone.

Professional certified coach, lecturer and facilitator of a systemic approach and family constellations.
